The question is: is this not just the worst defence in the Premier League but the worst defence in the history of the club? I leave Mignolet out as with this slow moving, slow thinking lot in front of you two goalkeepers wouldn't even things up. Also the reluctance to play two if not three up front means attacking positions , when there are any, aren't maintained. I though Bent and Gordon were Bruce's blind spots but I'm beginning to doubt him altogether.
