Roker Riches - Everton (A) Betting Preview

No winners last week, but don't be disheartened... Our resident expert Gavin Callaghan battles wits with Mrs Roker Report once again in Gavin's latest Roker Riches column. I'm sure there's winners to be had this weekend, but for now, over to Gavin...

The latest trio of defeats have been more especially painful because Sunderland have taken the lead in every single one of them. Asamoah Gyan has called on his Sunderland teammates to improve concentration. In order for Sunderland to arrest their slump, they will need to do something they have failed to do since the days of Peter Reid – beat Everton at Everton.

David Moyes enjoys a better record as manager versus Sunderland than any other club, having never lost to the Black Cats. Steve Bruce came close to ending that run when Danny Welbeck’s brace almost secured three points at the SoL. A late deflected goal from Mikel Arteta denied us on that occasion and it is indicative of the luck Sunderland enjoy at Goodison Park.

Therefore it is difficult to see Sunderland leaving with anymore than a draw. I fancy it to be a repeat result from the Stadium of Light.

Callaghan's Best Bet: 2-2 Final Score at 14/1

Mrs Roker Report's Best Bet: 1-1 Final Score at 6/1

I would also have a bet on the Rugby Union this week – Wales, England and Scotland at just over 4/1.

Plenty of chances to win big this week with the bonus king. Head HERE to place your bets!

Next week, look out for an exclusive pre-Cheltenham interview with Sky Sports News presenter Rachel Wyse.

Best of luck.
